The following are the basic requirements for becoming a Distributor:

1. You must qualify with a minimum of a $250.00 opening order. After your opening order, minimum order requirements are only $100.00 for domestic, and $250.00 for international shipments.

2. Choose Distributor Level from below that best represents your annual net volume. In the Questions/Comments section of this page, please specify the Distributor Level that best represents your annual net volume.

3. Upon receiving your application we will email your user name and password to the email provided. After which you may log-in to the site and see your Distributor Level Pricing.

$10K - $25K annual net volume

$2,000 opening order* required

PLATINUM DISTRIBUTOR

$25K+ annual net volume
